Can You Snowboard With A Repaired Acl Is It Safe To Snowboard After A Acl Repair?

Is it safe to snowboard after a acl repair? - can you snowboard with a repaired acl

I had my acl repaired August 5, 2009, and only since 2 months. It can run. The doctor says I'm the only one who has seen which quickly recovered. I expect a couple of months?

Ideally, wait 6 months, but because the snow is gone. I am a man who wished for one week after surgery for a broken arm, this is obviously not a good idea, but if you feel good after 2 months, then go for it. If I were you, before going to work, especially the knees. The more muscle you have, the more stable the joint. I would also consider supporting.

I am not a doctor, but if I wait. It is a very serious injury and it would not complicate it, you can end up greater problems. I want to take a little more of their rehabilitation has not yet arrived there. You know your body, even if it feels good, then stick with simple things before starting to leave. I wanted to at least January, but wait. Have you worked with a physiotherapist at all? If so, what they say?
