Bellevue is a great country, but has become very expensive. If you still want to try in the Bellevue area, close to verify Crossroads, Factoria, or Lake Hills would be - a little cheaper. Many houses, apartments, villas.

Queen Anne's great - many condominiums and apartments. If there is a good overview of what is expensive.

U-District and Fremont are whimsical and fun, probably not too expensive. Many homes and home units. U-District is not always reliable in the night, but went to school at UW, and never had a problem - simply be intelligent.

I have LOVE West Seattle, has lived there for some years. There are many old houses and building new condominiums, apartments, townhouses. Many houses in West Seattle and the community feels very good. If you are near the beach, go Alki - condominiums and apartments on the beach, but it is expensive. More houses a few blocks back to cheaper.

If you really need to save money and do not bother me too much, or try Bothell Renton or Kent. It is a fair drive from downtown Seattle (40 minutes), but the pricesare much lower.

I want to be just in Orlando. At least then you can go 360 days a year. Here you can do, maybe 60 years without a jacket or raincoat.
